The following conditions apply if the number of people in the room exceed the maximum room capacity:

Free! One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Booking Infomation

CHECK-IN TIMING please take note that our normal check-in time is at 1pm and check-out is at 12am. Request for early check-in/out is subject to room availability.

LATE ARRIVALS if you are arriving at Bao Ngoc Hotel between 11pm and 7am, please email us ahead and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please remember that when you say that you are arriving after midnight on eg. Tuesday 12th October, you are in fact arriving on the NIGHT OF Tuesday 12th October, and NOT after midnight on Monday 11th October. If you didn at realize this, and booked on the following day, please rectify your booking as soon as possible.

DEPOSITS We charge a deposit of 40usd per person upon check-in. This fee will be refunded to you upon your check-out. We reserve the right to turn away guests we deem unsuitable. Booking fees with online booking websites are non-refundable.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

• We would be grateful if you could inform us at least 48hours in advance should you decide to cancel or make any changes to your booking, otherwise the first night’s charge is applicable.
• We will keep the room for you for 3 hours from the stated time of arrival. After which it will be released for booking. If there is a delay in your itinerary, we would appreciate if you could let us know through phone or email.
